Christmas recap

We had so much fun doing this Santa thing. The costume was left by former BYU teachers. Amanda took me to the textile district to get the makings of a beard and a belt. We got fabric for the bag, and a man sitting at sewing machine just stitched it up for us in 15-20 minutes.
Everyone loved Santa because it's a first for them to see him "in person." He showed up in classrooms, at a dinner party, and at the orphanage. His sidekick rang bells to add to the merriment.
Decorations like the Christmas tree on the street are becoming more common. The ornaments that remain on it are up out of reach of passers-by.
